If your shiny new product does not resonate with users - what’s the point? If you make important decisions without the user in mind - that risk is on you. I don’t use Design to prettify - I use it to bring out purpose.

In my mind good leadership means creating clarity and alignment on where we want to go, allowing everyone to find their path and of course giving support where needed.
Leading teams at Tackle, Scoutbase and Concordium I learned that the key is aligning the “what” and the “why,” facilitating strategic decisions and collaboration across teams.
I have hired and mentored designers, business developers, researchers and developers. We have worked together in-person and remote from the UK, Denmark, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Croatia and Ukraine.
I enjoy building relationships, sharing knowledge, mentoring and creating environments where everyone feels supported and inspired to bring their full potential.
